Includes approximately: 38 lbs. of ground beef, 5 lbs. of ribeye steaks, 4 lbs. of back ribs,  5 lbs. of sirloin (top and tip), 5 lbs. of NY strip, 7-8 lbs. of flank/skirt, 5 lbs. of cube steak,     3 lbs. of filets, 18 lbs. of roasts, 4-5 lbs. of brisket (2 tips, 2 flats), and soup bones.
